Why am I not able to place my order online?

Every order has unique shipping requirements, based on the size & weight of your order, and its destination. Due to those differences, the cost here does not reflect the final cost for purchasing this product.  Call us at 800-485-3573 for a total cost.

How do I place my order?

How long will delivery take?

We can have orders delivered anywhere in the country within 2-7 business days. Please be aware that in rural areas, the shipping company sometimes delivers only on certain days of the week. We ship Monday through Friday and normally ship out the day after you place the order.

What shipping options are available?

  • Orders under 8 feet in length will ship via United Parcel Service.
  • Orders over 8 feet in length ship via freight line.
  • For local customers, we offer order pick-up from our Dalton, Georgia warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Can I try the product out before I buy?

Samples are available for a charge of $7.50 for up to 3 samples which will be credited to your first order.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Orders can be cancelled anytime before the vinyl is cut.  Typical processing time is 24-48 hours. Once a roll has been shortened, the sale is final.

Is it possible to receive the serial number by email?

There are no serial numbers associated with these products.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order is typed up, then sent to the warehouse. At that point, the warehouse staff will pull your selected vinyl, and roll it out on a cutting table.  It will be inspected, then cut to the desired length.  After that, it will be rolled up, and tagged for delivery by the appropriate freight carrier.  Then, it will be loaded on a truck and be on it’s way to you.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If you don’t receive an email confirmation of your order, don’t worry.  Chances are the reply was lost in the hustle and bustle of the workday.  Just email us back with your concern, and we’ll be glad to send you one.
